About me:
Born in Bilbao, I grew up wedged between Valladolid, Villeguillo and Iscar. Later, I moved to the United Kingdom where I graduated from the University of Kent with a B.A. in Business and Economics. Then, I obtained a M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Warwick. I completed the Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Warwick in 2010. In 2011, I joined the Economic History group (EH-Valencia) at the Universitat de València.
I have broad research and teaching interests in the historical roots of economic development.
