Bajoqueta Rock was formed in 1988 in Riba-Roja de Túria (Valencian Country) when a group of friends got together with a major urge to strap on guitars and start playing, to strum anything they could get hold of. 
From the very start their songs have tried to reflect their way of life, their background -a town in Camp de Túria-, and to be a faithful reflection of how people live around there -oranges, the countryside, ploughing the land.-,of what old folk do there, of problems with pollution, etc. They recorded their first CD, entitled En viu, en directe, a pèl, live at the Riba-Roja Auditorium, and their second CD, Amb 2 pinyols, was released in the year 2000 by DiscMedi/Blau.
