Abstract Structure

A short, abstract (about 250 words) should be prepared as a text-only file, with the following structure:

\btit
Title of the paper
\etit

\aut{Authors(s)}
\loc{Affiliation, Country}
\email{e-mail(s)}

\babs
Body of the abstract (about one typesetted page long, in LaTeX).
References, if necessary, should be included within the body of the abstract.

Notes

Do not worry about the typesetting of this material. This will be correctly typesetted by the conference organisation using special purpose macros.

Multiline titles are produced by introducing \\ commands to separate lines.

Author name is typed as in \aut{Adrian F. M. Smith}. Please use First-Name [Initial] Family-Name. If two authors, separate with \&. If more than two authors separate them with commas and the last two with \& as in \aut{Susie Bayarri, James O. Berger \& Jos{\'e} M. Bernardo}.

The author(s) institution is typed as \loc{Institution, Country}. Please use UK and USA (without dots) as standard abbreviations for those countries. If different institutions are involved, list them the order of the authors and separate with \quad as in \loc{Duke University, USA \quad Universidad de Valencia, Spain}.

Example:

\btit
Bayesian nonparametric modelling of random functions \\ using Dirichlet processes
\etit

\aut{Alan Gelfand, Michele Guindani \& Sonia Petrone}
\loc{Duke University, USA \quad M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, USA \quad Universit{\`a} Bocconi, Italy}
\email{alan@stat.duke.edu \quad mguindani@mdanderson.org \quad sonia.petrone@uni-bocconi.it}

\babs
Body of the abstract.
