Accommodation services offers
This agency has three areas of accommodation procedure in
which all the offers will be classified. This classification
consists of:
• Accommodation or rental flats on offer.
• Room vacancy of flats shared on offer.
• Individuals or student hostels’ rooms on offer.
Introduction of accommodation offers, renewal, modification
or vacancy.
Students or landlords who wish to offer, renew, change information
or vacant rooms or flats at the agency have to facilitate
the information about the accommodation by filling in these
forms (OFER,
RENEWAL,
MODIFICATION,
VACANCY),
or by sending us to CADE’s head office this
file by post (Universitat de Valècia-CADE. Aulari
3, Menendez Pelayo s/n, 46010, València), or you can
fax it to us (963864827) or by e-mail.
It is absolutely necessary to indicate if it is a new offer,
a renewal or a leave.
Checking of the agency
- Personal details about the accommodation and the application
form will be at the database during 15 days.
- Those files which haven’t been renewed or whose validity
has not been confirmed within a period of 15 days will be
automatically substituted.
- Users’ collaboration is required which means that
every time a flat or a room is taken they will have to inform
CADE about it.
Agency consultation
This agency can be consulted by directly going to CADE’s
offices directly, through database consultation or by looking
at the notice board.
Kinds of agency consultation:
a) Consultation of printed lists of the offers
that are classified by campus, types and application forms.
These lists can be found in visible places and notice boards
in <CADE’s office at Aulari 3 Blasco Ibáñez
Campus, or in CADE’s office at the Burjassot and Tarongers
Campus.
b)Consultation by e-mail address to habitatge.cade@uv.es.
Can also be requested. In response to this e-mail we will
send you the offer of current accommodation in pdf format.
Legal assistance
You can make use of the Universitary
Legal Consultancy.in order to resolve conflicts originating
from rented flats or rooms or to resolve doubts regarding
the new urban rental laws.
