PASSPORT AND VISA
Participants are adviced to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Spain.
INVITATION REQUESTS
Scientists requiring an official personal letter of invitation to get local authorisation to attend the congress or passport visa for travel to Spain, are kindly requested to contact the Secretariat immediately specifying invitation details needed and full address for invitation sending.
Those invitations do not involve exemption of congress registration fee payment, nor any obligation for the EMOP Organising Committee to cover total or partial costs of travel to and stay in Valencia.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Scientists requiring confirmation of registration and fee payment, and/or the acceptance of the free communication abstract which they have sent, well in advance to obtain local permission or passport visa for travel to Spain, are kindly requested to contact and inform the Secretariat about their concrete requirements.
Societies, associations, network members, boards or any other group of scientists interested in having closed meetings in small rooms are kindly requested to directly contact and inform the Secretariat about their concrete needs.
REGISTRANTS WITH DISABILITIES
Physically challenged registrants with special needs are kindly requested to directly contact and inform the Secretariat about their concrete needs. Both the Valencia Convention Centre and the Pharmacy Faculty of the Valencia University where the congress will take place have special infrastructures for physically challenged people, in compliance with current legal requirements.
Special services, such as wheel-chair-accesible transportation, are available upon written request no later than May 30, 2004. Please fax your request to the Congress Secretariat.
No sign language interpreters will be available. Services requested on-site, without advanced notice, will, unfortunately, not be available.
