STANDS

There will be an extensive exhibition throughout the congress featuring many of the leading companies supporting and working in the field. Exhibits will be located in the Exhibition Halls of the Pharmacy Faculty and will be open from 8.00h to 18.00h from Sunday 18 to Thursday 22. The Exhibition Halls will feature displays of the latest products and services by leading companies and other innovative firms. Participants will have the opportunity to review and discuss products and services with company representatives.

For general information, a standard exhibition stand for the 5 scientific days (Sunday 18 for only SEMTSI 4 and Monday 19 to Thursday 22 for all simultaneous meetings) is available for Euros 225.00 per m2. This amount includes all necessary supplies for companies already disposing of all infrastructures for their stand. A standard stand is considered one of a size of 4 x 2 m, although larger and smaller stands will also be available.

All infrastructures for the installation of exhibition stands are available. Companies additionally interested in renting infrastructures for exhibition stands, please contact the Congress Secretariat concerning availability and costs.
