The WOP-P Master promotes career opportunities in both professional and research areas, and our postgraduates are entitled to access the PhD programs. Future practitioners receive excellent international training with a scientific based orientation. The master also opens up opportunities in the research area. Future researchers are involved in a well-established process of training with an international perspective (visiting at least two research departments in two different countries). Postgraduates of the WOP-P Master develop their professional activity in two main contexts: a) companies, working as WOP-P practitioners; and b) academic context, involved in doctoral programmes. The electronic survey of WOP-P Master career service, where alumni can show their opinions and describe their situation voluntarily, indicated that the majority of participants are employees with “stable” or “temporal contract”, “studying”, “enjoying a grant”, etc. Only 6% of survey participants indicated a situation of unemployment (they have finished the WOP-P Master recently). Participants also perceive a high relation between their jobs and the WOP-P master contents. A number of our alumni are now in different European doctoral programmes and in programmes outside Europe. There is a recognized track of the WOP-P Master for access to doctoral studies.
