The 8th edition of the *Winter School Bernhard Wilpert *was officially launched by Prof. José Maria Peiró at the University of Valencia.

The presentation of this edition was done via skype and video streaming, using the new technological equipment at the IDOCAL Research institute. Eight universities from around the world were connected at the same time (50 students and also other coordinators of the WOP-P Master were connected such as Prof. Leonor Pais of the University Coimbra), offering the opportunity to all the students to see the presentation, ask questions and get the answers from the coordination team of the WS.

At this 8th edition of the Winter School 50 students are participating, from the 5 Universities of the WOP P Consortium and Universidade de Brasília (Brazil) and University of Guelph (Canada) as a partner universities, but also from other associate partners universities, such as University of Baltimore and Florida University. The participants in the WS are highly skilled master students from 23 countries who have the chance to learn and practice design intervention in the field of Organization Psychology and Personnel Psychology.

By using new technology and engaging in the presentation students from all around the world, the coordination team shows the commitment with their students from all the universities and gives an example of how the innovation and new technology can bring together such an international community of students.

The students have started the first phase of the Winter School (November 2, 2014), the E-learning phase, where they are encouraged to work in intercultural distributed teams, using different virtual tools. The second phase (in residence) will take place at Gandía International Center, of the University of Valencia(Spain), starting 15th of February 2015 where, during two weeks, the participants will benefit of seminars and workshops taught by internationally renowned professors.
