The workshop is one of the central activities of the teaching innovation and coordination among the teaching staff of the Erasmus Mundus master. In the present edition of the Master three working groups have been created to further develop the contents, education methods and coordination among the universities, as well as the exchange of the best practices on the following teaching activities:

Personnel Psychology course. The coordinators of the personnel Psychology course in the five universities have analyzed the teaching process and outcomes of this course in every university. Moreover they have exchanged experiences on planning, objectives, strategies to develop competencies, implementation, teaching methods and evaluation of the students. The conclusions and recomendations have been formulated in a document to be distributed among the teaching staff of the Master.

Professional Stage: The coordinators of the stage module from the 5 Universities have analized the development and experiences of the stage and internship as it is being implemented in every university of the consortium. They have developed common guidelines to improve and enhance the good achievements of this professional training activity in the master. Master Thesis: The master thesis is one of the important activities for the development of research competences in our master, which is inspired in the scientist-practitiones model. During the three days this working group has analized the experiences of cooperation between the Universities of the consortium in the supervision of the master thesis. This thesis is is carried on by our students during the mobility period. It requires that a home and a host tutor cooperate in the supervision of every student's master thesis. The group has prepared a document of Guidelines for joint supervision of Master Thesis in the Erasmus WOP-P Master program

The participants have valued very positively this estimulating and enriching opportunity of exchange and cooperation. During the next weeks the coordinators of each University will inform to the other teaching staff of his University involved in the master about the
contents and outcomes of the workshop. The documents produced will be circulated for them.

The participants have strongly recomended to continue organizing these annual workshops because it is one very important instument to enhance and improve quality in our task of program and teaching innovation.
