have finished a degree in Physical Culture, Sport and
Recreation of the University of Sano Tomás - Bucaramanga,
Colombia in 2005. I came to Spain at the end of 2005 to
start a Ph.D Program in Applied Science Sports in the
Department of Physiology at the University of Valencia. The
academic course 2006-2007 I had a scholarship from the
Department of Culture of the University of Valencia and
since 2007 until now my work is founded from the Deparment
of Research of the University of Valencia in a program
subtitled “Cinc Segles- Empresa” with the important
collaboration of New European Enterprise in Distribution
(NEED). One of my research interests is the study of the
physiological adaptations to training on intermittent
hypoxic protocols and the role of free radical generation in
this type of protocols. During these years at the department
of Physiology I have learned different molecular biology
techniques and my work it has been under the guidance of
Prof. Viña and Prof. Gomez-Cabrera.
By the way, I have too a bachelor degree in Law and
in my leisure time I like read about to Anti-Doping rules
