Projecte COSMIC cerca soci
El projecte europeu
COSMIC (Complementary
Organic Semiconductor and Metal Integrated Circuits)
llançarà el proper 15 de març de 2010 una
convocatòria per a incorporar un nou soci al
projecte. La convocatòria romandrà oberta cinc setmanes.
Segons el anunci publicat al web de la Comissió
Europea CORDIS, la tasca del nou soci serà la
següent:
The new partner's task will be to demonstrate
project developments in an ambitious lead
application for organic integrated circuits, e.g. a
line driver circuit for QVGA displays (240 lines) or
a comparable flexible organic circuit of similar
complexity. The work includes specification, design,
fabrication and characterisation of the integrated
circuit, which must be based on p- and n-type
organic semiconductors. It should be fabricated at
the final stage on foil substrates.
