Bush, with the continued complicity of Blair, begins his presidency reinforcing the Yanqui-British Imperialist militarization and bombing Iraq, adding pain to a people repeatedly whiped by the long years of blockade and reiterating its contempt of the international law.

1. We summon to the Government of the Spanish State to support the continuation of the diplomatic ways and to oppose and deny any collaboration to a military attack against Iraq.
2. We note that if the U.S.A. attack militarily to Iraq without an explicit authorization of the UNO, they will have placed themselves outside of the same international legality in which they pretend be covered.
