The Marqués de González de Quirós Culture House has
a large hall that will be used for exhibition purposes and
other rooms for lectures and courses.
As per the agreement entered by Universitat de
València-Estudi General and Gandia’s Council, the Marqués
de González de Quirós Culture House will become the
permanent seat of Gandia Summer University (Universitat
d’Estiu de Gandia - UEG), where activities will be
organised throughout the year. During the academic year
(from September to June), the premises will host
postgraduate and master courses and lecture series
targeted at undergraduates, graduates, and university
doctors.
In September, courses, lectures, round tables, and debates
will be held at UEG for both the university community and
the public.
Leisure and cultural activities will also be scheduled at
Casa de la Marquesa, where the large garden has been
refurbished to that end. |
