Collaborations
Institute of Microelectronics of Madrid, from CNM-CSIC organization. We are an "Associate Unit" of this centre and have jointly particiapted in 6 joint national research projects on III-V quantum nanostructures.
Group of Prof. Dr. Planelles and Climent (Universidad Jaume I de Castellón) for the interpretation of optical transitions in molecules of QDs.
Dr. Christian Seassal, Nanophotonics Group of Lyon Nanotechnology Institute (INL), France, development of photonic crystal structures and graphite type PbSe QDs with emission at 1550 nm.
>Dr. Almuneau, Photonics Group of the "Laboratoire d'Analyse et d'Architecture des Systèmes (LAAS), Toulouse, France, application of the technique of local oxidation of AlAs (used by this group for VCSEL laser technology) the development of nano-LEDs of quantum dots.
It has an integrated 2010 and 2011 (FR2009-0038) for this purpose.
Dr. Cluzel, Group Near Field Optics of the "Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Carnot" de Bourgogne (ICB), Dijon (France) for SNOM measurement of photon lenses and lens-guide system based on polarization and the wavelength.
Various European partners including Farfield, University of Trento, CSEM and KTH in the FP7 Positive project for the development of a porous silicon based biosensor.
The group of Dr. Alexander Ulyashin at the Norwegian National Research Center SINTEF in Oslo.
This center coordinates the NANOPV, within which we apply nanoplasmonic concepts to solar cells for the development of a concept of a third-generation of cells based on nanocrystalline silicon.
