2.- Before you go:

Before starting the mobility period, the staff member is required to submit the duly completed and signed Grant Agreement. The date of signature on the agreement must be prior to the start of the teaching period.

Annex IV.- Grant contract

3.- When you come back:
Once the stay is completed, you are required to submit the original certificate of attendance within one month to the International Relations Service, issued by the person in charge at the host university. The date of signature on the certificate must be the same or after the last day of teaching.

Likewise, you are required to submit the report of travel expenses.

Once you have submitted the certificate of attendance, you will be emailed an invitation from the European Union requesting you to complete an online questionnaire (EU Survey) within 30 calendar days on receipt of the email.
