Born in 2012 and integrated into the Spanish Conference of Dean Houses of Philosophy from the CSIC and more than forty associations of all the thematic orientations, educational levels and autonomous communities, the REF has proposed itself to organize an international congress of Philosophy with triennial periodicity.
