More than 4,000 people visited on Saturday the Science Park of Universitat de València to celebrate Expociencia 2015, a real meeting between scientists researchers and society and a real party spend a good time with science, technology and innovation as resources.
The main key with science, technology and innovation was produced this morning of Saturday at the Science Park of Universitat de València. As every year, in the VIII edition of Expociència, some scientists and entrepreneurs will open their labs and facilities with the goal of getting knowledge closer to the general public and to transmit the role science plays in our society. Expociència 2015 will count with more than 70 activities which offered the audience a scientifically fun conference. More than 4,000 people assististed the appointment..
Expociencia is the scientific divulgation of Universitat de València which is the most successful among the public. Organised by the Science Park, Expociència counts with the collaboration of Universitat de València and of the Spanish Research Council (CSIC), as well as with the support of the Valencian government.
Besides the activities that institutes of research, enterprises and the Higher Technical School of Engineering (ETSE) offer every year, this edition will count with the participation of different centres and departments of the Campus of Burjassot.
In its seventh edition, presented under the slogan “May science light you”, Expociència commemorates the International Year of Light.
