Enrolment is done in an orderly manner. Temporary priority during the enrolment period is based on academic performance.

Order of appointments

New students

New students are enrolled in the same order as they were admitted in pre-enrolment. The University faculties and schools assign new students a day and hour at the end of July to enrol with the help of administrative personnel.

Returning students in the second year and above

The remaining students are listed in order based on the following calculations: 50% for the GPA (grade point average) and 50% for the ratio of enrolled and passed credits in the previous academic year. This calculation is made from the updated academic transcript the last week of July.

Resuming studies

If you decide to resume your university studies you need to find out the status of your academic record at the faculty administration office in order to enrol at a later date.
