Registration online for the Conference at the 'Espai Jove' in Chiva scheduled for 10 February is open
A movement (of international dimension) has being developed during the last decades, which promotes an area named Social Economy. We can understand it as a view and a practice that reclaims economy in its different aspects (production, funding, commerce and consumption) as a means-not as an end- at the service of the personal and community development.
The experience of the last years has shown that companies ascribed to the principles of Social Economy develop in its different aspects a key role in the increase of competitiveness and efficiency of the European economy in several different ways, but, above all, from a transformative perspective of society, by fostering a more equal, sustainable and participatory development. This conference will be focused on all those aspects above mentioned.
This conference is addressed at the public in general.
