The objective of these sessions is raising awareness regarding transparency, participation and rendering accounts at the local level of elected official, municipal specialised staff with competence regarding transparency and/or open government, citizenship and civil society, by means of round tables and conferences by teaching university staff with expertise in that subject matter.
