Vicent Andrés Estellés (Burjassot 1924 - Valencia 1993). Poet and journalist, and one of the most relevant characters of the 20th century and of Catalan poetry. He is considered to be one of the main reformist of contemporary Valencian poetry, with a similar role to the one that had in their time Ausiàs March and Joan Roís de Corella

Vicent Andrés Estellés is one of the greatest poets in Catalan of the 20th century, whose work is diverse and wide. Although he is mostly known by his poetry, he also wrote novels, plays, scripts and some memories. The main subjects of his work are death and sex, always from a popular, everyday, simple, direct and even coarse point of view. His work is difficult to define, as he reworked some of his writings from books or private notes, such as the "Manuscrits de Burjassot", "Cançoner", or "Mural del País Valencià", which he published in fragments or those poems that he considered as best suitably
