Cooperative and collaborative property consumption: fiscal aspects
At these sessions it will be analysed the access to property or home use with permanent or temporal residential purposes through cooperative or collaborative formulas and, especially, its fiscal aspects. The sessions aim to analyse and know these new (or not that new) realities and their tax regime, counting for that matter with the participation of both university researchers and representors of these sectors and the public administrations interested in their possible promotion as tools at the service of housing policies or their implication from the regulatory and fiscal perspective.
