Discovering the secrets of gastronomy

Content of the course: This course intends to respond to various current food-related issues affecting people’s health. Science will contribute with resources to improve the agro-alimentary sector that will have a direct or indirect impact on the territory’s development. This course will have the participation of professors from five areas of knowledge: Nutrition, Inorganic Chemistry, Applied Economics, Microbiology and Food Technology.
- From 20 may 2016 to 15 july 2016. Every day at 09:00 to 23:00.
- From 21 july 2016 to 22 july 2016. Thursday and friday at 16:00 to 19:30.
- From 21 july 2016 to 22 july 2016. Thursday and friday at 09:30 to 14:30.
