Exhibition ‘Formation to progress. Working with Burkina Faso women’
Exhibition about the results of the project of university co-operation ‘Formation for the entrepreneurship of women in the rural world of Burkina Faso’.
Coordinated by the UV professor María Jesús Bravo and the researcher of the UPV Lucila Aragó, the exhibition id formed by 36 photographies and six explanatory panels that point out the results of the project for the development cooperation ‘Formation for the entrepreneurship of women in the rural world of Burkina Faso’. , in which have collaborated Universitat de València General Foundation, Obra Social La Caixa and Association pour la Promotion Féminine de Gaoua (APFG).
The exhibition is completed by a talk followed by debate of the president of APFG, Ini Inkauroba, about the real situation of women in Burkina Faso, Wednesday 26 October, at 19h in Colegio Rector Peset. She will also explain the work the association carries out, for the defence of women rights and the reinforcement of their empowerment in the southwest of the country,
