Hostes Festival of the casacalba.org: Clara Andre's Trio

Place: "Octubre" Contemporary Culture Centre (OCCC), Sant Ferran street, 12.
Three consecutive days for three musical sessions of three different styles: folk, pop and singer-songwriter. Three, yes,
three for the two meanings of a same word: people guests in other people's houses, people that guest other people in their
home. This, no more and no less, is 'Hostes' (guests) (of the lacasacalba.org); a welcoming proposal for Spring; three for a
new lexical unit: 'hostes' (guests). This year will be the second edition and will take place in the "Octubre" Contemporary
Culture Centre in Valencia.
CLARAANDRÉ'S TRIO (singer-songwriter)
Clara Andrés is one of the most delightful voices of the Valencian music. She works in Valencia as well as in Cataluña. Her music is a combination of contemporary singer-songwriter with pop and folk elements of naïve appearance and folk poetry. She currently presents a new band of jazzy style -José Luis Porras (double bass) Roberto Capella (piano)- with a revision of her two previous albums 'Dies i dies' and 'Huit', that have been awarded in the Ovidi Montllow Awards to Music in Valencian..
