How to work properly in group

In many occasions we will need to face a work in group. Collaborative work is productive both at individual and team level. How to lead, distribute and adjudicate tasks or which are the issues that make work easier or harder are part of the keys that this course will reveal.
The course is given by Juan María Senenet Sánchez, professor of the Department of Comparative Education and Education History.
The contents of this course are the following: Attitudes and strategies that make group work easier. Advantages and disadvantages of this kind of work. Needed aspects: creativity, information search, participation, reflection, etc. The methodology of this workshop is practical. It is based in group dynamics and simulation techniques with the aim of find attitudes that make it easier or harder to cooperate in collective activities, both in educative and social environments.
MODALITY: On-site workshop, 20 hours.
LANGUAGE: Spanish / Valencian.
LOCATION: Aulario Oeste - Tarongers Campus
