Ramon Madaula and Roger Coma are the main characters of L’electe, a great comedy directed by Jordi Canovas that, through humour, analyses what lies behind the tics that we all have, in a greater or lesser extent.
A young politician has just been elected as President and he has to pronounce an investiture speech in a few hours. Nevertheless, each time he practises, an awful tic deforms his face in a ridiculous, hilarious way. His therapist only has a few hours to resolve this apparent disorder. Will he be able to avoid the next President looking ridiculous? Because of that, L’electe is a battle among the elected President and the therapist. What do they hide? Which are their intentions? Which life facts mark our future, and above all, our vocation?
