The exhibition ‘Land Resources of Valencia’ is a summary of maps, that is, an atlas that collects a large part of the main resources that the territory has. It is an atlas of those elementes that can potentially be the engine of economic development of a geographic area, Valencia region. It contains more than a hundred maps which are complemented by their corresponding thematic commentaries. It is the answer to specific necessities of the Valencian society. On the one hand, it is a tool of the separated diganosis on valencian areas. On the other hand, it is a scientific dissemination of an academic product that will facilitate the detailed knowledge of the territory and its potentialities to Valencian people.

The exhibition ‘Land Resources of Valencia’ is a joint project made with a collective effort. Over 50 teachers from the Universitat de València have collaborated. It has an innovative format that combines the thematic presentation of the maps in classic panels and the audiovisual screening of the more relevant geographical representations of the work over a relief model of Valencian region.
