Content of the course: Psychobiology basis of emotions to be aware of its origins and brain processing and how to manage them in order to be happier. Introduction: heart vs brain; What is an emotion?; Enteric nervous system (according to brain); Axis microbiota-intestine-brain (visceral origin of emotions); Emotional brain: Somatic markers; Decision making and emotional memory; Feelings; Power of empathy; Brain: keys of happiness; Psychopathology of emotions.
