The Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Participation of the UV organizes this exhibition to show the most important features of one of the territories which, despite its beauty and uniqueness, remains unknown to many Valencians.

 

The whole formed by the Massif of Caroig and its surroundings is undoubtedly one of the most outstanding units of the Valencian relief. The orographic complexity of this territory has had its counterpart in a low population grow rates, what to this day have allowed the preservation of a valuable landscape, botanical, zoological and ethnological heritage. It is also noteworthy the importance of its rivers and other aquifers, since they make this corner of the region of Valencia a water reserve of the first order.
