The offer to participate in this ninth edition is open to all authors of research papers and university graduates from any academic discipline.
The projects submitted must be unpublished. They must not be supported financially by private companies or institutions. And they should be about a research topic related to any of the following topics at a national level: History of Transportation (land, air, sea), History of Public Works, Civil Engineering Heritage, History of Land Management.
The deadline for submission is December 7, 2012
