The councillor Of Transparency, Social Responsibility, Participation and Cooperation, Manuel Alcaraz, offers this thursday, 11 February, at 19 o’clock, the conference “Retos constitucionales para la nueva legislatura española” in Aula Magna of the Cultural Centre La Nau, inside the activities that develops the Public Ethics and Democratic Forum, organised by the Transparency Deparment in collaboration with the Universitat de València.
In his speech, Alcaraz will deal with the debate about the propriety of the reformulation of the Spanish Constitution or to begin a constituent process, making special emphasis in autonomic situation. The conference will be presented by the vice-principal for Culture and Equality of the Universitat de València.
