Curso de Experto Universitario en Mediación penal en el ámbito comunitario, juvenil y penitenciario.

Pre-registratio open for the course which will take place from Hanuary 2017 until Sepatember 2017. The course is addressed to graduates and professionals who seek training to act as mediators in criminal mediation programmes in courts and tribunals and who seek participating in the alternative resolution of conflicts in different fields, to design or to analyse these programmes. The career opportunities this course are to act as a mediator in criminal mediation programmes in courts and tribunals and to participate in the alternative resolution of conflicts in different fields, as well as the analysis of the application of restorative justice tools (within the framework of the alternative methods of conflicts resolution) to the specific characteristics of the criminal mediation, according to the figure of criminal mediator, the mediation stages, its junction in the Spanish adults criminal process, the legal consequences of the repairer agreement and the mediation experiences
