Today, 17th of November, the 12th International Week of the Universitat de València will begin. For five days, International Relations Service, in collaboration with the Universitat of Valencia services, will inform all students of the exchange programmes for carrying out stays in next academic year 2015-2016.
This initiative aims to encourage all students to carry out stays in Europe (through the Erasmus Study Programme) or to other continents (through the International Programme).
For that reason, a number of activities will take place in the 18 Centers of the Universitat de València. This talks, that have the involvement of all mobility coordinators and the International Relations Service Staff, are supposed to give some detailed information about the destinations on offer, the way and applications deadlines, the necessary requirements to get an exchange destination and other important issues related to the programmes before quoted.
Informative talks will take place in all Centres and to every degree. In these talks informative and interesant documents about exchanges programme to students and students will be able to ask and clear their own doubts. Besides, the International Week will have the collaboration of some representatives of foreign universities and students, who will expose their experience as outgoing students. Finally, other activities will be organized, such as informative talks about the Erasmus Programme destinated to the Staff and PDI (teaching and research staff).
The Universitat de València has a long path in themes of exchange programmes. Nowadays, it’s the second destination from Europe in incoming students of the Erasmus Study Programme and the fifth in outgoing students.
