‘Sensitive cartographies’ is an action-research project based on the concept of art and ecology led by Eugenia García Sottile. Framed in this project, the Botanical Garden of the Universitat de València has hosted the interventions of Joaquin Jara and Rosa Rodríguez. Joaquin Jara’s work is 'Father', a work made from the trunk of a more than 180 years old 'Quercus cerri L.'. The other intervention is ‘Passiflorae. Presence / Appearance’, where the author has worked with different specimens of Passiflora. After months of creation at the garden, the artists have finished their part of the intervention. Now, nature and time will do the rest. The three main characters tell us the story in this video.
