This course on “New legal forms of citizen participation”, all its legal approach, is addressed to any citizen or group who wants to know the implications of both ICT and the economic crisis on citizenship in expressing and defending their interests and claims before the political, economic and social actors, thus generating new ways of participation and defence of collective interests.
