The participation of citizenship in terms of science and technology has augmented significantly. There is a physical change in the places and production and possession contexts of expert knowledge with the incorporation of new actors or alteration of the symbolic line of the recognition that separates experts from non-experts. This marks a revolution in the field of production, possession and limitation of beliefs about the world, that is, in the field of culture within complexity.
