Strategic management in the field of municipal entities; approach, process and content

We will show the validity of the strategic process as a tool for reflection, analysis, focus and priorization and also for the good municipal government. We will explain the keys to differentiate a good strategy from other that is not, and the key aspects we must considered with regard to the approach to be taken. We will explain the developmemt processes that have shown greater efficiency and the tools and information resources to be taken into account during the tasks of reflection and analysis.
