In accordance with the third additional provision of the Electoral Regulations of the Universitat de València: "Once approved these rules, the Electoral Committee will draft records and documents templates that have to be applied in electoral process here regulated, to publish and widely publicise them among the university community”.

Therefore, the Electoral Committee of the Universitat de València, in a meeting on 7 October 2014, approved models and protocols and publishes them on its website to guide and assist the users and involve them in the electoral process.
