Within the framework of the Primavera Educativa, on 13, 14 and 15 May, the First CTEM Conference of the Valencian Country was celebrated.
The conference aims at highlighting the teaching activity in the CTEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and defending science as a social force for change.
The professor of the Department of Computer Science of the ETSE-UV, Vicente Cerverón Lleó, participated in this conference with a poster with the title “What competences shall we provide the engineers of tomorrow with?” (“¿Qué competencias debemos proporcionar a los ingenieros y las ingenieras del mañana?”)
The director of the ETSE-UV, Paula Marzal, presented a talk on the programme of activities carried out in our School in collaboration with Secondary Education with the title “Fostering the vocation of secondary education students towards technology and engineering. The experience of the ETSE-UV.”
