Informació General
El programa Erasmus és un programa de la Unió Europea per a realitzar estudis oficials en una altra universitat de la Unió Europea o dels països de l'Espai Europeu d'Educació Superior.
Accès a "Viajar por Europa 2012-13", web oficial de la Unió Europea per a les persones que viajen per els 27 països de la UE.
Requisits per participar en programes Erasmus - Outgoing
- Ser ciutadà d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea o estar en possessió d'un permís de residència vàlid per residir a Espanya durant el període de realització de la mobilitat.
- Estar matriculat en estudis oficials de la Universitat de València, tant en el moment de realitzar la sol · licitud com durant el període d'estada.
- Tenir aprovats, en finalitzar el curs anterior al de la sol · licitud, 30 crèdits en el cas de les Diplomatures i Enginyeries Tècniques, 42 en el cas de Graus, o bé 60 crèdits en el cas de les Llicenciatures i Enginyeries.
- Existència d'un conveni bilateral Erasmus a la teva titulació.
- No haver estat beneficiari en cursos anteriors d'una beca Erasmus Estudis, encara que sigui per a altres estudis o en una altra universitat.
- No ser beneficiari en el curs 2013-2014 de qualsevol altre programa de mobilitat (SICUE, Erasmus o Programes Internacionals), excepte el programa Erasmus Pràctiques.
- A més dels requisits generals, els sol · licitants hauran de complir els requisits específics per a cada plaça, tant en el moment de realitzar la sol · licitud, com durant el curs 2012/2013, d'acord amb les condicions de les destinacions.
Criteris de selecció
- La selecció es fa tenint en compte la nota mitjana de l'estudiant entre tots aquells estudiants que compleixin el requisit lingüístic de la universitat de destinació.
Possibles destinacions i durada de l'estada
Els estudiants podran sol · licitar l'estada en una universitat que tingui places d'intercanvi. La durada de l'estada dependrà del nombre de mesos de la plaça d'intercanvi: un quadrimestre o un curs complet. Es pot consultar el llistat de destinacions disponibles des del Portal de l'Alumne. Per visualitzar els possibles destinacions és necessari triar el centre i la titulació i desprès prèmer el botó "mostrar".

Abans de triar destí, les possibles dubtes acadèmics sobre els estudis que es volen cursar es poden consultar amb els diferents coordinadors.
Contactes/Coordinadors de centre
Cada centre que participa en programes d'intercanvi compta amb un coordinador de centre que és qui promou i impulsa la mobilitat i es el seu màxim responsable en el centre. En cas d'ausència del teu coordinador de titulació, el coordinador de centre és qui asumeix les seues funcions.

Grants and financial support
General information – financial support AY 2013/2014
Summary of the financial support for the academic year 2013/2014
Students are exempt from paying fees for tuition at the host institution.
- Basic financial support for all students:
- Funds of the European Union: EUR 115 monthly
- Funds of the Spanish Ministry of Education:
- Please be aware that those are the amounts for the academic year 2012/2013. We expect an important reduction in financial support for the AY 2013/2014.
- AY 2012/2013: EUR 100 monthly (for a maximum of 8 month) for all Erasmus students
- AY 2012/2013: EUR 85 monthly (for a maximum of 8 month) for those who have been granted a scholar ship by the Ministry of Education during the AY 2011/2013 (this makes a total amount of EUR 185)
- Funds of the University of Valencia: EUR 75 monthly
That means that all students will receive a minimum financial support between EUR 285 and EUR 370 monthly.
2. Additional financial support for students awarded one of the provided scholarships:
- Additional support of the Generalitat Valenciana (government of the community Valencia): between EUR 60 and EUR 90 monthly, depending on the country of destination (scholarship will be granted on the basis of the transcript of records.) About 15 % of the outgoing Erasmus students are expected to be granted this scholarship. The call for 2013/2014 has not been opened yet.
- UNIVEX Check of the Ayuntament de Valencia (Government of the city): EUR 100 monthly. Scholarship will be granted on the basis of the transcript of records and only to students registered in the city of Valencia.
- Bancaja Scholarship: Will not be offered for the AY 2013/2014.
- Scholarship Form Santander AY 2013/2014: application deadline has expired

As a result of the final economic aids from the European Union the grant will be 130 € per month.

Bancaixa Erasmus Scholarship AY 2011/2012
The awarded students may hand in at the International Relacions Office the acceptation form, a copy of the Bancaixa bank account (or a similar document) which states clearly the 20 digits of the CCC.

Required Documentation
- Instructions (go to the following link for general instructions to fill out the necessary documents)
Before you leave (it’s important to submit all the documents at the same time):
- Copy of the registration at the University of Valencia for the academic year 2012/2013 with the international credit points you are registered for (for all those you are going to take at the host university you have to enrol in a block of international credit points)
- Confirmation of acceptance of the Erasmus Contract. It should be filled out, printed and signed by the student and the guarantor (mother, father, etc.), also a of the DNI of the guarantor and the one of the bank book or of the C/A (you should be the holder of the bank account you indicate).

In case you leave before registration you can entrust your family or a friend to submit the documentation for you.
At your arrival:
- Confirmation of arrival and registration.Please send the document, signed and sealed by the host university via fax (34-963983462) or scanned via Email (relaciones.internacionales@uv.es). We highly recommend saving a copy. The payment of the Erasmus grants starts only after receiving this form.
- Stay Extension Application Form (we only accept documents received before December, 31st)
Important: To receive the first payment it is necessary to have submitted all the documentation named before. Therefore 70% of the grant will not be paid if any document has not been submitted to the International Relations Office.
At your return:
- Certificate of Attendance (original). It is very important to take into consideration the warnings about the dates and corrections that you find at the bottom of the document.
- Final Report (original). Open the document, fill it out, print it and sign it and hand the original in to the International Office
- A copy of the Learning Agreement (with the included changes), signed and sealed by your mobility coordinators, at the University of Valencia and the Erasmus host university.
Important: We will not be able to pay 30% of the grant if any of these documents is missing. Besides, the student has to get at least 50 % of the credits he/she signed in for at the University of Valencia. Otherwise he/she will have to return the whole amount of the grant, since the Erasmus program is aimed to obtain an academic benefit in other universities and that is the only reason why it is paid.
Other documents:
- Renouncement Form. Directed to the International Relations Office, presenting the form through the General Registry or the Auxiliaries of the University of Valencia.
