The Servei de Biblioteques i Documentació prepared the 1st version of the Service Charter in 2010 and in 2015 and 2019 the Consell de Direcció approved the 2nd and 3rd version. Completed its validity in 2023, the Service Charter Committee has reviewed the services, commitments and indicators with the objective of offering a new version that fits the current situation of the SBD.
With this 4th edition, the SBD informs users about the main services it offers and the commitments assumed, taking into account their expectations.
The Charter is, therefore, an internal instrument to improve the quality of the service, which reinforces the orientation of users and citizens in general.
