RESOLUTION of 9 January 2017 by the Vice-Principal for Undergraduate Studies and Language Policy of the Universitat de València, which calls for grants for research initiation for students attending official studies in Universitat de València centres during the 2016-2017 school year
The Vice-Principal for Undergraduate Studies and Language Policy, taking use of the powers conferred upon the resolution of 6 July 2016 by the Office of the Principal of the Universitat de València (DOCV 26 December, 2016), approving the delegation of tasks to the vice-principals, the general secretary, the manager and other organs of the UV, determines:
- First
- To approve the call and the regulatory bases of the grants for research initiation for students of the Universitat de València attending official studies in centres of this university during the 2016-2017 school year, included as Append I of this resolution.
- Second
- The budgetary allocation, which is appropriate and enough to attend the expenditure obligations that may derive from this call, are included in the corresponding record. These grants are financed by Chapter Four in the budget of the Universitat de València for the year 2017, Organic Law 6620400000 “Grants for Students” in an amount of 40,000 euros.
- Third
- Against this resolution protected by the administrative proceeding, a facultative appeal of a one month replacement from the day after its publication can be brought; either from the same body that has enacted it or administrative-contentious law from the contentious administrative courts of the Valencian Community within two months following the day after its publication.
