The Millennium Development Goals have served for placing “human development” in the agenda of thousands of institutions until 2015. Its writing already born limited. A new international agenda for human development is being prepared. The goal of this course is to know what challenges must be addressed, what it proposes against the systematic violation of human rights, food security or the universal attention to health and education in dignity.
