The main purpose of thiscourse is to analyse social entrepreneurship through companies and social economy entities, in particular cooperatives, functuonal and social companies. After studying the institutional and legal context, its metodology is explored, intruments and tools of action, very specifically the newest financial aspect (crowdfunding), and significative practical and novel initiatives are analysed, as well asconclusions and development proposals.
