The facilites of the Blasco Ibañez Campus of the Universitat de València hosted the presentation of the “Hyundai Koryocar paracycling team”. Rosana López y Maurice Ekchard, students of the Universitat de València and members of the Divina Pastora Chair of Adapted Sports UV, are a part of the team along with: Noelia Murla (Rosana’s pilot), Daniel Miñana, Ricardo Ten, José Luís Agapito, Modest Pascual, Miguel Ángel Arroyo and Toni Tauler (Miguel Ángel Arroyo’s pilot).

According to the statements made by the paracycling team’s sports director, Eloy Izquierdo, both track and road cycling Spanish championships and two international events are among the sporting objectives of the team for this season.

On the other hand, Maurice is preparing the track cycling world championship that will take place in March and to which he aims to be selected.

Pablo Estrela, general manager of the Hyundai Koryocar paracycling team, said that it is very satisfying to have this cycling group. We are totally looking forward to the start of this project.

Rosa Laparra, manager of the Divina Pastora Foundation and chairperson, pointed that she is very happy with this project, which stands out for its inclusive value, team spirit and cooperation to reach a common objective.
