To plan and manage time when it comes to face daily tasks is one of the factors that would make us much more productive. Maybe the success of what we launch relies on how we distribute our time. This course can help you finding how can you do it.

The course is given by Vicente Martínez Tur, full university professor of the Department of Psychology of Work and Organisations and by Francisco Gracia Lerin, professor of the Department of Social Psychology.

The contents of this course are the following: Goals establishment, priorities selection and planning: tracking and adjustment, time management of work groups, strategies for the reduction of “time robbers”. The course methodology will count with a theoretical and a practical part ─ group dynamics that will make it easier to apply contents that we worked on. The practical part includes the resolution of practical cases and individual analysis.

MODALITY: On-site workshop, 20 hours.
