Do you have an innovative idea? We will help you to launch your business plan. Enrol in the YUZZ programme in the Universitat de València before the 1st of December.

 

The 7th edition of the YUZZ programme oriented to the talent training and promotion of young people between 18 and 30 with innovative business ideas. The Universitat de València participates for the second consecutive year as a Centre of the YUZZ programme. This programme is coordinated by the Entrepreneurship Santander International Centre (CISE) sponsored by the Banco Santander, in collaboration at the local level with the Universitat de València through the EMPREN + programme to support entrepreneurs, promoted and co-ordinated by the Office of the Vice-Principal for Researching and Scientific Policy. The YUZZ programme is developed in more than 41 private and public local entities committed with innovation and entrepreneurship within the national territory. YUZZ also counts with the special support of the INCYDE Foundation, the European Social Fund and Red.es, in addition to the collaboration with other national entities and organisations such as Indra, Tuenti, Intel, Secot, the Fundació Princesa de Girona and the RedEmprendia. All of them are committed with the promotion of talent of young people with business projects. What does the YUZZ programme offer? - The 25 selected candidates will join the programme completely free and will benefit from the access to the YUZZ centre of the Universitat de València, located in the seat of the “California Spain-Campus” of the VLC/CAMPUS (International Excellence Campus) in the building Beatriu Civera of the Tarongers Campus. - During the 6 months duration of the programme, candidates will have a physical space to develop their idea, will have contact with other entrepreneurs and will receive training from a network composed by more than 200 professional experts that will guide them, together with an individual tutor, in the realisation of the most viable business plan for each project. The training will take place during one or two evening sessions per week. - Once the training and advising process is completed, the best entrepreneur of each YUZZ centre will travel to Silicon Valley, the worldwide mecca of innovation within the area of new technologies, where they will have access to financing forums, counselling in internationalisation and contact with investors. - In addition, the three best projects of the whole country will receive a monetary award to help them starting their business: 30 000 € to the first award, 20 000 € to the second and 10 000 € to the third.
