This service aims to provide guidance, computer, promotion and training services to current and future University of Valencia students as well as other groups linked to the world of education. Its tasks are divided into three main areas:
- Information Dissemination and Publications: creates and disseminates information of university interest in different formats such as the Undergraduate Guide, Postgraduate Guide or the Guide to University Admissions; publishes FUTURA magazine and manages programmes and activities regarding studies available at the University of Valencia and the Conèixer programme.
- Information and Guidance: offers personalised attention in the offices at the three campuses; coordinates Personal and Legal Guidance (academic conflicts, housing issues, etc.) It offers advice on university admissions and higher education. Furthermore, it coordinates the Entreiguales peer mentoring programme.
- Participation, Promotion and Training: manages support programmes for students, promotes participation, joining associations and volunteering; promotes social and cultural activities, organises Orientation Week at the University and manages programmes such as La Nau dels Estudiants i les Estudiantes and La Nau dels xiquets i les xiquetes summer school and La Nau Jove.
