Universidad de Verano. SAGUNTO. 1st Edition Sagunto. World Heritage Site.

This is a gathering of professors, professionals, students and citizens of this city and its immediate environment which lasts two afternoon sessions. “Sagunto, World Heritage Site” is an initiative, free and open to the general public counting with the participation of specialists in world heritage of the Universitat de València (Faculty of Geography and History and Faculty of Social Sciences) and other areas of the society. These sessions are framed within the procedure started by the City Hall of Sagunto so the city can present a candidacy to become World Heritage Site by the UNESCO.

The Universitat de València, true to its commitment with the Valencian territory and society, promotes a new initiative linked to the training, research and the transfer of knowledge, which aims to consolidate in the city of Sagunto and el Camp de Morvedre.
